The approach to this program is a customizable plan for a marketing operations review/audit and optimization process. It’s always good to get a fresh, outside perspective.
Let’s go over the the 3 phases we’ll execute within the full consultative engagement.
Phase 1: Diagnose
The first phase is when we dive into current processes, analyze systems, team dynamics, tech stack, lead handling, sales+marketing dynamics, and much more. What we want to achieve is a complete view of current activities.
This usually takes 4-6 weeks, depending on team size, departmental complexity, marketing channels, and other company specifics.
Phase 2: Strategize
Once we’re fully aware of current situation, we can start strategizing growth and optimization plans. This will include process optimization, resource planning, KPI setting, initiative prioritization and goal tracking.
The strategy phase can also take 4-6 weeks, again depending on what we found during the initial phase and what the department is willing to change.
Phase 3: Implement
The implementation phase is where we roll up our sleeves and put the new strategy into practice. We’ll cover everything from CRM optimization, implementing automations, improving analytics, building & optimizing sales materials (enablement), team training, content strategies and dashboarding.
